Raised by a single mother who later remarried, and in large part by his grandparents, he saw what having money could do, and what didn’t having it meant. Attending River City Science Academy, a charter school for both middle and high school Isaac’s trajectory is marked by audacious leaps of faith.
After graduating high school with a stellar 4.44 weighted GPA, Isaac defied convention by forgoing traditional academia in favor of pursuing his entrepreneurship. This was especially unusual as he had previously attended extracurriculars and took AP classes to get a head start.

On April 17th, 2020, Isaac unveiled Mashman Ventures a public relations firm, which is as he says his “brainchild.” It is a beacon of innovation and excellence in the realm of public relations. With a relentless commitment to organic strategies and crafting “unrivaled” personal brands, Mashman Ventures empowers individuals and businesses to create, maintain, and scale their fame and influence in an increasingly digital world.
As an acclaimed author, Isaac penned the influential manifesto, “Personal Branding: A Manifesto on Fame and Influence,” on November 1st, 2021 which became a seminal work that illuminates the philosophical approach and power of personal branding throughout history and for time to come. Garnering critical acclaim and widespread recognition, Isaac’s book has become a cornerstone for aspiring entrepreneurs and seasoned professionals alike, offering actionable insights and thoughtful guidance on navigating the complexities of personal branding. Isaac is currently working on a second edition.
Beyond his literary endeavors, Isaac is a dynamic force in the world of podcasting, previously hosting the acclaimed “Chase the Vision with Isaac Mashman” podcast. With over 100 episodes and a global audience, Isaac’s podcast served as a platform for thought leadership, inspiration, and candid conversations with industry titans. He ended the show in June 2022 to make way for upcoming efforts.
